I have some higher than nominal 4.2v per volt batteries.

How do I raise the voltage per cell in my icharger?

Go to your list of batteries, select the battery you want by long pressing the dial, then with short presses on the dial select edit, then 'charge', then 'Chg Cell Volt', which is set to 4.2V/Cell. You can increase this up to 4.35V/Cell by turning the dial. It will complain at you but it will work. I've charged LiHV batteries to 4.35V/cell and it worked fine. It's a good idea to name that battery profile something clearly HV so you don't accidentally use it to charge a normal lipo.
