Yes you use Acro. Check instructions for FC
As how to calibrate. I have not used your FC

I have good info on my flight controller. When I'm in acro programming what channels do I need to use? Do I use any expo? I have a 2 axis gimbal. What channel do I use for it?

I would assume #1 for throttle. #2 for aileron (roll) #3 for elevator (pitch) #4 for rudder (yaw)
#5 for flight mode. That leaves 6,7,8,9 for whatever else you need. (Gimbal)
