Epoxy or jb weld. Line the clutch with tethlon tape two layers then mix jb sand the outside of liner rough n inside of bell to scour then alcohol wipe bell smear jb weld inside bell wrap liner around clutch then slide liner in start with one end n get all in clean excess jb then set clutch in to size liner to shoe Ps u already cut to length with bell then it may be necessary to trim once in bell use a razor knife to cut or sharp angle cutters

I use 15 min epoxy.

Before you reassemble the engine in to the heli, check leafs on the clutch.
If the old liner was really worn out, the leafs will be over extended and not retracted back into a normal position.

When you spin the motor with the starter, the leafs will already be engaged to the new liner. This makes it almost impossible to start and if it does start, it will wear out the new liner in about 1 flight.

If they are not too bad, you can squeeze them back into position.
If they are really bad, then get a new clutch.

30 minute epoxy is an excellent adhesive for clutch liners. It gives plenty of time to get the job done and is easily removed the next time you need to replace the liner.

A couple of wraps of electrical tape around the clutch shoes will hold the liner in place as the epoxy cures.

Clean the inside surface of the bell well with alcohol. Trial fit the liner and trim as needed to get a snug fit of the liner in the bell with no end gap. Use a small amount of epoxy on the liner - a thin film will do. Fit the liner in the bell properly, then stick the tape wrapped shoes in the bell and let cure overnight.

JB Weld works but removing it the next time is overly difficult.
