Finest Heli I've ever owned. Synergy N5c.

Nice photo Eury. I personally like the X50F torque tube more, a lot cheaper to fix and the lightest 50 size heli which makes it very agile in 3D. Too bad that TT has discontinued it. What a shame.

Not mine sadly. Got it off the Synergy site. I had the X50 with belt drive (like my Synergy and how I prefer my helis). It was a great heli, I had no complaints about it either, I liked it just as well as my N5c, and in a few ways it was better. Then I crashed it and realized that there were no booms available, and cut up a Trex700 boom and wrapped the ends in tape to make it fit. Couple weeks later I had to adapt a spindle from something old and random to get back in the air. This was while they were theoretically still producing them!

Always loved TT. Too bad they decided to drink some poison and kill themselves. They always had fantastic products. I'd buy another one in a second if they had a good track record for a while, but that will never happen. So I've owned my last TT product.

OP, have you considered looking for a used nitro model that is still being produced. You can pick them up dirt cheap. Heck, buy two and use one for spares.

I think you can still pull a flybarred Align 600N from GrandRC.

Yeah, cheap too.

There is only really the Trex 600N and Synergy N5C left and even then I question how long Synergy will be around!

These days people either buy an Align or a Goblin! Maybe a Logo!

Im Running DT VX50N Cost wise and weight its great.
Onlyfinehelis.com has them. Part prices are great for a throw around heli. Im loving it. Im running the DT700 canopy with mounts moved. Just looks beater.

Don't forget the Pantera....great Heli with better durability than a TT 50.

And they have kits to stretch your 50 to a 90 size if you wish.

Hirobo SDX is an awesome machine. Parts are easy to get online. The heli needs no upgrades at all, but if you want Hirobo makes a bunch of cool stuff to waste money on.

The quality of the Hirobo SDX is amazing and the kits are fairly cheap but spares prices are astronomical!
