Well here is what happened to me I buy and build a mostro that had a couple of issues. I send my problems to the Avant customer service Dept. three months ago and have heard nothing from them..

So I just finished my SAB Goblin 570 and it too has a small problem so I sent SAB an E-mail on Friday night late, And guess what I get a response from SAB today on a Sunday of all things and they are willing to entertain my problem in a totally professional manor and are looking into a fix for it.

Sorry Avant but the SAB folks know how to make this customer feel at home in their hangar....

Now it's Monday morning at 7:30 and SAB Heli has gotten back to me with a fix for my issue in less then 24 hours WOW that IS what I'm talking about customer support

On the other hand nothing for over 3 Months from Avant not even a don't bother us we’re moving or something.....sigh... Well magic lady I should have, well you know..

Sorry Frito, I'm a hard head, I want to hear from the Mfg. on my issue as I have from all other Mfgs. I've dealt with not one has ever left me hanging like this Avant crew has !!!! It's just the point of the whole thang ya knows...I paid $949.00 plus shipping and I want support from Avant !!! Nothing against Mr. Tom aka: Stang...
So I continue to fly it like it is and make every effort to point out the flaws in the heli...
My club had a buddy box day with a group of CAP folks just today and guess what they all had a look at the Mostro........ It’s even in their “class” photo. Oh yes it is with it’s dime sized “birth” mark and all... Nice Avant, huh ?
No the Mfg did not reach out directly to you but someone did who represents the company and offered to assist you with your issue. You chose to stand on high ground and there is nothing wrong with that but a bridge was laid out for you to get your issue resolved and YOU chose not to cross it. I would rather be flying and still make my point about lousy communication from the Mfg verbally as you have about the customer service. That is just me. To each his/her own. I think we have beat the lousy customer service thing to death in the last thread which started out as a comparison and made a left turn from there which eventually got out of control and closed. Customer service is based on individual experiences. Some people have good customer service issues with certain brands where others who have the same brands have nightmares with customer service. You had great customer service from SAB but somebody somewhere hates them. you have had a nightmare with Avant and others have had pleasant experiences. Agree to disagree but please lets all do it respectfully.
Glad to hear SAB got you taken care of. I am also in the middle of building a SAB 570. I have the 500 but I find it hard for my old eyes since I fly at a constant 3 mistakes high (LOL). The 570 is bigger and has a the color scheme is better on the 570.

There's good and bad situations everywhere in the customer service venue. But good communication can cure alot of ills.

Yes absolutely
I don't know what's going on these days, some say they are re-locating the manufacturing warehouse at the moment........Correct?

However back in my Aurora nitro days the service and support from CX was awesome even way down here.

The "move" has been reported completed by Avant. AND still crickets....I just ordered some Synergy parts and Synergy has already sent an E-mail conformation AND It IS Sunday 10/11/2015. Mr.& Mrs. Botos are awesome ....

The silence is killing me ..My order has been in process for almost three weeks now, and no sign of action from CE(to include 4 E-mail inquiries) WOW !!! Well boys and girls you'd better run from Avant(IMHO) , do NOT walk but RUN from them !!! I now have a $2500.00 (approx.) money pit ....All I can say, is that I've ordered from Synergy and have received my parts, I have ordered from Ron's heli shop and received my parts, I've ordered from Amain and received my parts, and also from heli direct and received TWO orders from them, ALL in less time than carbon express has taken to even respond to my order or E-mails.....

Standing by to pick up a great new Heli from Synergy the 766 lets roll Mr. Botos
Synergy Heli's rock just like there custom support...Avant could get schooled by Mr. Botos oh yeah he is schooling them now
