Just finished installing the metal elevator servo bracket, and wanted to share some pictures of the final wiring, since the 600N can be a tough model to get clean wiring on.

Nice job and very clean looking. Wiring pics can be very useful. Have you flown it yet and how do you like it?.

Yes, this model has about 50 flights on it.

It's been a fun new challenge to come back to and fly after focusing on the 700N and 700E the last few years.

Yes.

With the DFC model, it does require some tiny moding to fit. It will rub the rear canopy mount cross member slighty.

I used a dremel with a sanding drum to just lightly shave down the affected area. Only need to remove ~.5mm of material or so.

Really cleans up wiring and protects servo better. I was able to eliminate a servo extension.

Align should have included this part with their kits IMO.

I installed the same thing a couple of years ago it really finishes the kit properly

Ok thanx, yes I thought with the new DFC model the elevator bracket would have been in the kit, also is anybody using the new black set of gears HN6064BA and H60020A,is there any difference in these upgrade gears suppose to prevent locking up,thought they would have also been in the new DFC kit.

The 600N DFC kit does include the new black gears and the new gear hub case.

Thanx do you happen to know as I was just thinking if one replaces the old gear set with the new back ones,as mine are still the white set, then the front Torque tube gear set would have to be replaced as well as the new black gears look thicker than the old white gears.

The new black gears for the 600N are the same mod (0.6) and tooth count as the previous white gears, and should be interchangeable.

Do not confuse them with the Mod 0.8 gears for the 600E.

These are the P/Ns for the black gears for the 600N:

Ok thanx for clearing that up,I was confused as on the other topic they are saying to use the newer mod 0.8 front torque tube gear which has to be used with the new black main gear, using the 0.8 torque tube front gear with the older white main and auto gear will not work.
