I would stretch that baby to 700... and use rail 696 main blades (they will fit that head)...

the engine has plenty of power for a 700 and will feel lighter than if you left it as a 600.

you just need the boom, torque tube and tail control rod, get longer tail blades too to deal with the additional torque on the main rotor.

BTW whats with the broken spark plug?

gear ratio
Divide the number of teeth on the maingear by the number of teeth on the pinion. Easy

Mine fall down, went BOOM!!

is it really necessary to add so many pictures? 2 or 3 would have been plenty to get a feel for what you had.

as for red loctite... the only way to get that stuff to let go is to use a CA remover or to use heat if its on metal parts that alow you to heat them up to about 300F.

I recommend using a quality HSS tap to clean out the threads, brake cleaner to flush the threaded holes out and use only blue locktite... the only place Red locktite should ever be used is on an engine shaft part that risks unscrewing itself due to torque and other spinning forces.

hi,
helibug have 2 gear ratio not that flexible(5.75 or 6.76), you have to make your choice when you order. My choice was 5.75 and didn't touch that when done the Strecht to 700, my head speed is 1900 and 1950 using GV1-happy with that for sport flying.
main blade is 690 and tail blade 105 - this give me a lot of tail authority. I have tried 710 on main blade didn't like it, feel a bit of load on motor.
about canopy - I kept the 600 because didn't want to go that path, there is some work to do on extra support of 700 canopy.
700 boom - don't recall if I had to do some minor cutting/adjust on 700 boom due the boom support is 600.
go ahead and do it!
have fun
