ELOSSAM,
have you received the switch yet and have you figured out how to connect it? Sorry I haven't got back to you yet with the wiring but I needed to use my heli and couldn't take my G3 remote apart at that time. If you still need help I can do it now as I don't have plans for takign photos soon.

Cheers,
Angelos

Angelos, The switch has not arrived but in this day post goes slowly than usual so I expect to have it here next week depending of the shipping method you used. I´m still interested in the IR connections when you have time to do it.
Take care

Elossam,
Have you powered it up yet? You can connect it to the receiver and play with it even if it is not connected with the IR remote. The LEDs will show you which switches are active. The white marking on the servo connectors indicates which pin is the equivalent of the white wire.

Cheers,

Angelos, the unit as powered and checked. It runs as expected. Have noticed the different program mode on each copule of switch and all is ok.
An old camcorder is in modification stage to fit the unit and controll on/off + zoom in/out

Elossam,
good to hear that. One thing you should know while connecting the switches with the IR remote is that the switches have polarity. The switches are optical transistors and the Emitter and Collector are marker on the board. In any case, don’t let these electronic terms scare you. Connect the two pins of one switch with the two contacts of the pushbutton inside the IR remote. If the LED is on but the remote is not responding then swap the two cables around.
