I got a goblin 500 used form RR, today i wanted to do a new setup to mine radio. Came with silverline vbar and señor. I can't get to the menu to setup all i get is the world map and says initialzing i got in the menu few times somehow started a new model, binded radio and then it gets stuck on the initializing menu. Also now the light from the vbar sensor went off and its not lighting anymore. i have the sensor plugged in to the top port next to usb with dark brown cable facing outside vbar. Can anyone help to figure out what is happening?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. You have the sensor plugged into the wrong port. The top port on the right side as you look at the USB port is for the Governor sensor.

The correct port for the gyro sensor is the one on the bottom left marked gyro sensor. I don't know if plugging it in on the gov port did any damage, but it does go on the lower left port with the brown wire towards the USB port.

The sensor is damaged now but you can buy just a sensor and not the whole unit

I feel for you, but this hobby is definitely one that requires attention to detail to be successful. At least you didn't fry the main Vbar unit.

Ugh, ya that blows.

On the positive side, I am anticipating an influx of used VBars hitting the classifieds as the Neo hardware comes out and people start making the switch...
