Hi all

Don't know if this has been posted before but I will post anyway , I have a spectra G with a TRM 231 and have in my shed a GV1 and a 701 I was going to keep the 701 for a later model , I guess what I wish to know is what governor out of the 2 would I be better to use , will be using a jewel gen to ...?
Also would I be better with a stator gator ...?
what size main and tail blades are used on the spectra.....?

Thanks

Gary...

From what I can see on all the post for the best set-up on a gasser, is the 701 with the GV1 sender the 701 is newer and is easier to set-up and some are having problems with the stator gator, but not all, I am trying to set-up a 750 with a stator gator, I will see how that is going to work out.

Good luck with yours.

P.S. sorry for the spelling or the grammar I am dyslexic!

Blades
Bigger is better for gassers, lightens them up, I use Rail 716's.

(Bigger is better for gassers) that is for sure, right now I got some 720 if they made some 730 or 740 I would try some of throes, it would be great for autos, I tried a 800 gasser and it floated forever.

They are plenty enough.

Just curious why do you have to use the GV1 sensor with the 701 ...?
Are the sensors very different...?

Thanks

You do not have to use the GV1 sensor, it just the easiest to set-up, easier then the stator gator and the 701 and 750 sensor, if you have a stator gator, try it, if it works for you, good !
