I ordered a Vario Jetcat 4 days ago and sent the radio equipment to Josef, he'll have the radio Monday morning an I'll be flying the turbine the weekend after Christmas. It dosen't get better than that.

JetCat 4

Being a vario field rep, you must of delt with joe b/4.
And if this is so then you know when he say tomorrow he really means next month, & when he says next week, well you better have a calender handy.

From personell exp. Maybe field reps get preferred treatment?

Yes they do grow them nice here in Utah, Maybe thats why I live here now instead of New York, the only hangup is that my wife enjoys flying my heli's as much as I do, she doesn't do a bad job of building them either!
As for you Tim, a good face punching will probably do us all some good. Give me a call sometime as I have lost your number and was trying to get intouch.
Anyway all you guys have a happy holiday season, I know I will, a new jetcopter and the wife is exited for me. It dosen't get better. And for the person who e-mailed me , yes I will let her fly the Jetcopter, every once in awhile you have to remember that wives are more important that the helicopter, especialy when they say maybe we should get another one.

Yes Taylor is leaving for vacation and he is the one building them, I was told that mine is the last one shipped untill the second week in january.
Josef and Taylor are doing a great job of getting the jetcats out in aa reasonable amount of time. I have a freind interested in one and had to tell him about the third wek in January also. I think I probably ordered mine just before yours. It will be worth the wait belive me, I am reasonably sure you'll get it on time as Taylor is right on building them.

Vario blow off

I have been talking with Vario and the guy will just blow you off time after time. I bought a heli a few months back ans was promised a new exhaust plus I wanted to buy a fuel can with pump. I still do not have either. He tells me to call him on a certain day or time and nothing happens.

I don't know what to think

I just spoke with Josef out at airstar, your fuel can has been sitting there for two weeks, just give him the ok and spend the money on ups and you will have it pronto!! Also didn't he go out of his way to deliver your heli to the airport? I don't know to many places that will go out of there way to get you your heli when you want it. This sounds like good customer service to me.
As a matter of fact the reason joe called me was to save me some money on the shipping of my Jetcat, which by the way is coming exactly when I was told it would be.
I think before we complain about what we don't get done we should remember how many times he does go out of his way to help.
As far as your fuel can it is there all you need to do is get it, unless you need it hand delivered.

Jetcat in SLC

Just checked the tracing number on my new Jetcopter, It says it is in town and out for delivery, I didn't expect it before Monday. Actually I have not seen UPS deliver on Saturday so it may be an error although it does say out for delivery. Maybe I'll see it today, sure is nice when stuff arrives early.
