I found play in my 690SX swash. I didn't try to fix it or to get Mikado to replace it, just ordered the Lynx replacement. It's not worth losing the heli over.

I am going to keep a watch on mine. I may just have to replace them both. I have one Lynx one now. Makes me think.

Hey Ron that would be great. Not too excited about having to buy a new swash.

I did hear that possibly cold temps might have something to do with. Maybe the plastic shrinks and causes the bearing to slip out of the aluminum??? I mean its only been in the 30's and 40's here and some of these guys are in Canada?? So might not hold any water just something I heard might be a common denominator.

Either way, it should not happen. Worst case scenario, have them send them in and we will send new ones out....

I got a free one for coming a little loose after 75 flights on my Logo 600. Vertical play between plastic insert and metal. Sent it in. The new one showed up quick and been tight as a drum for hundreds of flights.

Great service from Mikado. Logos forever!

No question on the service. Im pretty much a mikado nut from vbar control to vbar neos to my 550sx and 690sx. The 690 is my go to machine. It is very confidence inspiring. Ron and Gorgon have always done an awesome job taking care of me. Just a little frustrating but no big deal.

My reason for posting is that I just wanted to add validity to this post so that guys will check theres out and not lose a machine over it. I thought mine was a fluke deal but then 2 in a row got my attention.

Thanks guys and thanks Mikado USA
