We had one out this past summer. Once it leaves the pad, the "controller" is pretty much useless.

Funny how I just saw stacks of them at Sam's bundled with a plane for the same price (I forgot if it was $50 or $60).

I heard they were ok, but I think a Zoom copter (Mall or Tower( http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bi...p?&I=LXLK09&P=7 )) is probably just as good since it turns around and comes back to you if you do it right, just get a couple extra sets of blades at $0.55 for 3 you can crash a lot.

Oops....I just checked its only one blade for .55 but I sure thought I got 3 when I got replacements?
