Raptor Clutch Bells

Hey Rob1962,

From my understanding the grooves machined into the clutch bells are to distinguish between V1 and V2 clutch bells.

One groove = Raptor V1
Two Grooves = Raptor V2

If anyone else has any other theories on this please let me know.

Cheers!

Gidday

I understood the single grooved one was a later produced bell set at ~14 thou clearance for a new clutch.

I have both and they were both out !! My later arf v1 came with the smooth bell and a replacemnt bought later had the groove.
Reccomended clearance is 12 thou or 0.3 mm total (0.15 each half)

Regards Don
