anyone know how i should assemble all the internals and how to fix pilots in seats so i can get to them and dis-assemble in future, as there is an awful lot going on in there????

Which heli are you building?

On my 47, I hold the interior in with self tapping button head screws threaded into basswood blocks. The pilots are held in with 22 ga. solid copper wire (painted black) wrapped around their waist. The seatbelst then cover the wire. The shoulder straps keep them from moving around in the seat.
