Where are you in relation to Boston? Keep an eye out for 'Helikid32' here on RR, hes deffinately good, and would probably be more than happy to help. There are deffinately alot of heli pilots, and i'm sure they'd ALL be more than happy to lend a hand.

this site is a good resource for finding pilots.

also, in the events forum, look for a thread MHA 2004 dates.or something similar.

E-z flier, I'm about an hour south of Boston on Cape Cod. At this point,
travel isn't out of the question if I could get some quality help and have
some fun.
Thanks mongo, but I have been on that page for over a year now and
no one has ever returned my e-mails.
Bluefin, that sounds great! I need to look at map. I am a little rusty,
haven't been in that area much for a long while. I will e-mail you some
more info about getting together.

THERE MAY BE HOPE YET!!!!

Funflyer38,
You seem to have an interesting attitude on the Pilot Locator site as if it's other pilots' obligation to contact you. Here's the quote out of your listing:

BEEN LISTED HERE FOR 3/4 OF A YEAR AND NO ONE ON THIS PAGE HAS CONTACTED ME TO FLY. IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO ACTUALLY FLIES,OR IS THIS JUST A NOVELTY TO BE LISTED AS A HELI PILOT?

I know many of the people in the Massachusetts listing and I know they are all courteous enough to return an email if you were to contact them. There are some others that I am sure are no longer in the hobby but are still listed, that's life.

Additionally, in one of the top posts you will notice that a special email group has been setup for massachusetts pilots. This might be something to look into rather than complaining about the lack of support offered to you.

SOUNDS GREAT!

Thanks for the invites. As a matter of fact I just located and joined the
Mass heli group and got cleared today.
Jeremy, your group Lazyloopers must be the heli's my brother in law
said he saw over the summer when he was in that area. Forgot all
about that until now. Thanks Mike and helikid as well.
And Jason. I did get mad and frustrated some time ago with what I
percieved as ignoring of e-mails and put that phrase in at the pilot
locater. I actually thought that it would not be allowed on the listing
and it was kind of a silent way to vent. I had not gone back to that
page since then and never knew until now that it's there. I am going to
get rid of it as it does not project how I actually am. Thank you for pointing it out and I apologize for seeming to have an attitude right
out of the box. Look forward to seeing you all around the site and
flying with some of you.

Thank you,
David
