If you got the time, give them a call, can't go wrong. I've called several times about inquiries regarding different matters and always get good responses over the phone. Good luck

As someone else already said, with all the butt sniffing spammers, companies have to lock down the mail servers to block the addresses. If you use one of the spam havens for your email address then you should expect to see a bit of the colateral damage.

Spammers Suck !!!

P.S. If you have ever responded to a spam, bought from them, etc.. You suck worse than they do, as it's your fault they continue !!!

And Heliproz is still the best place I've found for ordering heli stuff, they are # 1 in my book, for now

If I throw a stick, will you leave?

SPAM SUCKS..

Ok some Tech advise...

We use a mail filter here at work. There are some things folks can do to keep from getting blocked.
Get HOTBAR or weather bug off your system. It is cute yes, but it is spy ware, and attatches HTML footers to your email without yourknowlage. Those footers call external advertising servers when you open them to give you advertising. This is blocked by our server.

Turn off Word as your editor, and change to Outlook Rich text. It is a little different with Office 2003 but most of you don't need to be sending things in HTML, and Rich text gives you various formating options, but keeps the email clean. Also as a side note.. Word sucks as an email editor. Ok so you have various formating options and you might not get some of the fancy email options attatchment options, but I hardly use them. Word crashes email more often than not, and has never worked quiet right in my opinion.

Don't send email via your web browser i.e. in aol etc. This is HTML, and has just as much junk on it as having hotbar.

I administer our spam filter and let me tell you it is a battle. We stop on average 2000 emails a day, and that is only for a company of 300.

Is your average day SO hectic that you cannot find five minutes to make a toll-free call? That's kind of difficult to imagine, guy.

I guess we've come full circle. I can remember, when e-mail first became wide-spread, a lot of folks grumbled and groaned, didn't trust it, said it took too much time, etc.

Now I see the same being said about making a phone call???

Personally, I agree with Amethyst; give me a solid two-way voice link any day.

Of course, that depends on both parties speaking the same language. I refuse to do business with anyone who doesn't have enough common courtesy to put someone on the phones who can speak freaking English. Encountering more and more of that these days. The computer companies are particularly bad about this. Imagine; routing all customer service calls to INDIA. How innovative. I don't care if the person on the other end of the phone has a degree in nuclear physics; if I cannot understand what he/she is saying, everybody's time is wasted.

So, greger, I suppose we are in the same boat, sort of. If you are determined to use e-mail for your commerce, do what I do and vote with your wallet; switch to a vendor who satisfies your wants/needs.

Ok a bit of Hacking on Dell.

Yup I think intelegent customer service is criticle. Assuming you call Heli Proz during normal business hours they are VERY helpful. I am in IT and deal with support A LOT!!! I have forced our company to dump Dell for one reason. They don't have support. Nothing against folks in India. I actualy understand their english, and when dealing with programers they are quiet good... BUT when calling Dell support the folks on the other end no less than nothing. It isn't that the person isn't nice, but they are reading from a script, and know less than my mom about PCs. It is a sad state.
For those looking for a nice PC for Christmas or Hanucha go with Gateway please!!! They rock.. Their customer service is US based. Since my company has a big account with them I get second level support right away. I call and someone picks up the phone and says hello!!! No phone tree no waiting..
Even calling their regular support line waiting is no longer than 5 to 10 minutes max. Anyway just thought you folks might want to know..
