I am having a tough time getting Heliproz to reply to email using this address sales@heliproz.com

First off, my email were getting bounced back because they were interpreted to be spam (they are nothing of the sort - short dialog based text only)

So I reconfigured email to a different respond to address, apparently the filter out anything from bigfoot.com, my email forwarding and consolidation service.

Now still no luck and I don't have any attachments Over a week and no response.

Anybody have an email address that works over there?

Ordered lots of stuff from them and never a problem until my last order and trying to get it straightened out

Yes I know the phone number but it is easiest in this case to send them all the information via email and email is my preffered way of communication on internet purchases.

I bet calling them would have gotten you an answer by now.
Then you know that your message has acttually gotten across and not been sent to the junk mail file.

I rarely communicate with them by e-mail, they e-mail me to let me know my order shipped. I know it is easier for you man but something just gets lost in the translation. I would call them and speak to someone. It is the only way to be sure. Then later you can e-mail them. I have never had any problems e-mailing them at that address either. They usually respond very quickly (same day).

Call them, it's FREE!!! But I have never had any problems with their email. They are TOO the point, and no more.

I've asked questions about something I wanted to buy
sent to sales@heliproz.com and they never replied either.
I called them and when the phone is not busy they will
answer your questions.
This caused a delay in my order and I was going to buy
somewhere else, but placed my order by phone .
I agree heli shops should follow up on their email better.

You can't expect to get e-mail replies instantly all the time. In any mail order shop, the amount of e-mails is probably more than double the amount of calls. You can't take a lack of immediate response on e-mails only as a sign of a bad hobby shop or a hobby shop who doesn't care, especially during the holidays when all you guys aren't flying and just typing all the darn time. LOL

Happy Holidays.

I suscribe to the line of thought that if you are going to do business online you need to do email, I know it probably sounds silly. I can email Ricks, MTA, Zooms and almost always get a reply in 24 hours. I wasn't expecting an immediate response but on the other hand I think a week is an excessive amount of time to wait. For me (I live on west coast) by the time I finish my hectic day all the stores are closed, it is a matter of convience and prefered method of communication for this kind of stuff. Can't beat Heliproz online for quick shipping that is for sure.

I emailed them today, had a reply when I came home from work just now. I still think you're better off calling though - can't trust this new-fangled electronic mail stuff.

Also don't forget that ANY online store of ANY kind gets about 400-500 emails a day that are NOT involving actual business transactions, so most of them have their filters turned up - its takes hours just to sort.
My old boss ( BIG internet business) would only accept email from previous clients (had placed a previous online order with verified email) - everything else he had to filter out - he got 2000-3000 emails a day from spambots. He would have had to hire 2 full-timers just to sort it.

The always respond within 24 hours to my e-mails. Sometimes I get a reply within minutes. If e-mail is not working for you give them call. They will take care of you.

Eric, Larry and staff at Heliproz are experiencing a couple of things right now that might not lend themselves to "quick" email responses. First of all, like a couple of people have advised you, keep your shirt on and be patient if you are looking for an email response, otherwise pick up that 12 ounce phone receiver and use the absolutely "FREE" 1-800 number. You'll probably be back here bitching that they don't answer the phone fast enough for you as well.

It is CHRISTMAS TIME! And, it may just be that the boys and girls at Heliproz are busting their butts filling Christmas orders plus trying to take care of the day to day orders too. These are no-nonsense folks as you have been advised and they spend about 150% of their time (please no 150% equals bull**** rhetoric please) satisfying the many wants (er, should I say demands) of us helo drivers. Believe it or not that's how they make a living. They are also about the best in the business at it as well, so it will go without saying that they stay somewhat busy. This ain't a Heliproz ad, either. I am just another schmuck here on the east coast who happens to be most partial to Heliproz because of the way they have treated and taken care of me.

Without exception, every time I have sent Eric an email, I have gotten a reply within 24 hours. If it's something I have to know sooner, I call them on the toll-free number.

Two thumbs up

Email or phone, my questions have always been answered quickly.
By far the most helpful of the suppliers I've bought from.

Ok to add more fuel to the fire.

I have always had my answers via email within 24 to 48 hours no exceptions with Heliproz. Someone made the point it is Christmas. This time of year can make or brake many businesses, so be patient. Phones work best if you are following up on an order or have a question that you need an answer to right away. One thing I have found with Heliproz is they are very good about saying this is back ordered two weeks, and sure enough two weeks later it is on it's way to my house. I understand these guys have to buy from VARs like Great planes or direct from overseas. This can be a logisitcal nightmare, so I give them a lot of credit for getting things ou tthe door. I have watched many hobby businesses come and go, so I really hope they do well. Having more online or real shops to go to is great. Especially if you are looking for that hard to find item.
It is suprizing from all the internet itmes I have read Heliproz has been #1 on doing a good job. Other shps who will remain nameless have been far less sucessful with handling online sales.
Cudos to Heliproz.. Job well done..

I e-mailed Heliproz to enquire about a Kit that I was after. Not to sure how long the reply took but,it arrived.
With the information in hand I ordered the kit from them on the Thursday, It was in my possession in eight days and I am in the UK. That's as good if not better service than I can get from suppliers over here.

Personally, I avoid sending emails to stores if I can help it. I prefer to talk voice-to-voice so I can make certain that I understand the person I'm speaking with and they can understand me.

I called Heliproz last week (Thursday), asked my questions, got my answer, placed my order and my Futaba 9chp showed up monday, bright and early.

Hard to beat phone contact..even with email. Especially when it's an 800 number.

Just my opinion, mind you.

email luck

I used an email last night for an order since the online store was acting up. I had a reply today when I got to work and all was well. Maybe the individual with the answers you seek weren't around. They have always been really good in getting back to me though. hope it works out.

greger...

If you are using Outlook Express make sure you are sending your
email as plain text. NOT HTML. Outlook for some unknown reason
defaults to sending email as HTML.

Many mail transfer agents filter out email containing HTML code
since most spam comes as HTML.

I for one send all email sent to my address containing HTML
directly to /dev/null...straight to the bit bucket.

Since I dont use Outlook myself I cant tell you how to make the
change but I know its possible. Someone else may jump in here
with the details.

It's likely that your email is being blocked by their spam filter. You may have to call them with your questions and mention your problems with e-mail. I've reqeusted a bunch of information from them (last time was last week) and they have never failed to get back to me within 24hrs...ever!!!
