After fixing up the rappy from its first crash, when i throttle up the heli starts doing 360 like crazy, so i cant even lift it of the ground, so i turned hh off so that it would center back, still does it, any suggestions

I'm going to assume your tail received some sort of work in the rebuild.

Check if your belt is installed correctly. If you twisted the belt 90 degrees (as required) the WRONG WAY, that could be your problem.

If you assembled the tail grips the wrong way (like I did the first time) what you are experiencing would happen. Are the screws "out" to your view or are the nuts "out?" The nuts need to be IN (facing the tube) and the screw heads OUT (facing the casual observer).

Check those two things and report back.

In my first message I said: Check those TWO things out and report back.

You most likely twisted the belt in the wrong direction.

An easy way to check if the tail is turning the correct way is to turn the tail by hand and see if the main blades are turning the same way. I don't remember on the 30 which way you have to turn the tail to make the mains turn, but if you spin the tailblades with the leading edge of the blade leading then the main blades should turn the same way, leading edge leading. The tail should turn counter-clockwise when looking at the right side (same side the tailblades are on) when you are flying.
Sorry if this is confussing. can't put it into words that make anymore sense.

the belt may have weakened during the crash and snapped when the head speed built up. were the tail blades spinning.
