Gidday

Once up to operational speed,
Ignoring differing flight modes are we after a constant head speed ?

Would a faster throttle responce lessen any rpm decay or increase as loads change ?
In the perfect pitch and throttle setup or govenor maybe the motor wouldn't accelerate or deccelerate but alter only it's power output therefore maintaining a constant head speed.

maybe a poll :-) thr servo, gov , head speed consistancy.
only problem is flying style and setup, will screw all that.

May the new year see you and your families in good health.

in a dutch model magazine robbe futaba introduces a new bottom line digatal as a replacement for the 3001/9001 servo the futaba 3151.
maybe this is a good solution for the 30 size scale ship ?
with the precision of a digital servo.
they are announced for 30 euros which is cheap for digitals.
i will get them for my 30 size rappy when they come available.

proud member of the quickUK flight team.
