You don't need to be a Doctor to know the Ebola Virus kills people either.
Good analogy in fact- you talking about FPV is like someone practicing diagnostic medicine without a medical degree. You imagine a case of Ebola when in fact the patient is perfectly healthy. That's why I don't take anything you say about FPV seriously. It's virtually never right and, in the rare case that it might be, it's just a lucky accident.

Ages ago?? Really? As far as that nonsense about doing autos with no stabilization, tell us all how much pitch you were using during those nobar autos. I hope you fly by yourself far away from civilization.
Have you ever done an auto with a FBL helicopter set up with only standard CCPM mixing and a tail gyro?

Long before you ever spooled your first machine up. Ever hear of a GMP Legend? I flew those as well as Horizon 60's. I can tell you all about autos with those machines. I can also tell you what happens when you use too much negative.

The OP fails to reference any actual law suit. Here are more details.
A law passed by Congress in 2012 directed the FAA to issue regulations permitting commercial drone flights by the fall of 2015, but prohibited the agency from imposing new regulations on model aircraft.

The FAA directive is a backdoor imposition of new regulations on model aircraft hobbyists and commercial drone operators without going through required federal procedures for creating new regulations, said Brendan Schulman, a New York attorney representing the groups that filed the lawsuits. Federal procedures require an opportunity for public comment on proposed regulations and an analysis of the potential costs of the regulations vs. the benefits.

. . . Why are you so ready to give up the rights of others ? ?

Well, do us a favor. Go get in touch with all the people having trouble and get them to do it right before the gov has to step in.
Start with these guys.

1st one has an issue, continues anyway. Loses again and the thing climbs to 2000ft out of his control.

Next one...I'm not sure how he is he avoiding other aircraft.

Could you go look into this for us? When you have a couple thousand straightened out, come back and give us a report.

Then surely you know that autorotations without stabilization is not "nonsense", do you not?

I'm not questioning whether or not they are nonsense. I'm just questioning you as to what happens when you use a lot of negative? Do you know?

BobOD,
There's already plenty of laws in place to cover most anything bad that happens.

More laws will only serve to Pi$$ off those of us who are not pacifists.
Some of the like minded have already filed law suits against the FAA.

Better to just start right here with you; you're making the same mistake TMoore is making-assuming that a few YouTube videos makes you an expert on the "hazards" of FPV. Think about it: what's the very first thing that comes into your mind when, say, a planker shows you a YouTube video of, say, that guy who hit himself at IRCHA that year and goes "see? See? Them helicopters iz dangerous!!!".

No need to answer out loud, just think about it. What's your first reaction?

Not going to play - stick to the subject. I know you're still sore from all the face-slapping I've been giving you over your ridiculous commentary about FPV. Now you just want to have an infantile contest to show what a hot-shot you are. As always, I don't care what kind of a hot-shot you are. I only care what you say about FPV (and correcting it).

Can you give it a rest? your monomaniacal desire to engage tooth and nail with Unclejane is really wearing thin. We GET it, YOU don't like FPV, HE does. Fine. No one needs to read you giving 'quizzes' to people to prove how friggin' smart you are. We GET it, You're a damn genius. You've taken this thread and tried to turn it into another one of your "Lambast UncleJane and all FPV'ers" diatribes. And UncleJane, PLEASE just let this goon be. Responding to him just encourages him and diminishes the quality of the conversation.

Christ, grow up. THEY'RE TOYS OKAY? You're NOT a 747 Pilot on the Over the Pole route.

Maybe we can get back on track and DISCUSS (that means talk like grown ups) the FAA situation.

It's idiotic ranting like this that made me leave this hobby 30 years ago. Now I'm back and I see that the technology has changed but the old grouches haven't.

I wasn't even back in this thread until UJ had to bring up my name. Go talk to UJ. 63 isn't wearing well on you is it. You should relax more.
