Not without extra devices
The CGY750 requires a separate encoder (SBE-1) attached to the sbus port to talk to other receivers. A full receiver is then needed to connect to the encoder.

I don't believe the 7200BX has a gov feature. However, the new MBX units may but aren't available yet (least I don't think). So You would need an external GOV if not yet available.

For the cost of a external Gov and the 7200BX, A spartan VX1 and data pod would be your best bet. The nitro sensor is an additional 12-15$ I think. You can plug your Sats into spartan no problem.

I would go with Spartan. I am a recent convert and really like them. Easy to setup up. Very vibe resistant. Feel great in the air. I have used them on both Futaba, JR Xbus and Spectrum Sats. Get the data pod. Makes tweaking at the field a piece of cake.

Cheers
