When paracharging two 6s 5000mah Lipos what do I set my charger to on the may? I was thinking 6s 10000mah but not sure since the charger is really thinking its charging 6s 5000 just multiple times at once if that makes sense.

What charger do you have that needs to know the capacity of the battery? Normally all you need to do is set the number of cells (voltage) and max input current and go. Only the time needed to fully charge (for a fixed charge current) is dependent on battery capacity.

So a 10 amp hour pack (2 x 5000mah), charged at 20 amps, will be done in about half an hour, etc.

Its a Hyperion 730 that I run off a 2400 watt 75@ power supply.figure its a safety feature so it can stop you from charging anything over 6c ,though you can type in a higher may and still charge higher but that's just a guess

Then yes you would put in the total capacity of those packs in parallel (6S, 10,000mah). Paraboards wire multiple packs in parallel.
