I just have one question. Is pot legal where you live?
Of course. He's in Cana-duh.

Lol, all kidding aside. I can just see these larger ones so much better. Plus the easy factor is multiplied when trying harder movements with them. I can do things with my larger helis I can't with my smaller ones.

It is interesting the comment that the 450 class is now the 700 class. At our flying group meets this is now so true.

how you wiggle the tail
lol, that's all I'm saying on that one.
go to a public flying event and everyone wants to see that apache, Huey, MD500, or even the Airwolf fly.
And now if one were to manage a new design and fly the snot out of it doing 3d, then THAT IS WHERE I'M GOING, brothers and sisters. I rarely see anyone fly a scale heli f3c or 3d style, oh it's been done but not as radical as what you will see one day from this side of the big smoke (another double entendre lol).

Sit back, relax, all the pieces of this puzzle are coming into place. Wanna ride on a real one doing f3c, maybe possible, maybe yes? maybe. Never mind a machine that looks ominous.

Stick around, the ride is just beginning, large scale.

Have fun while it last!

take anything said with a grain of salt. About the 700, never in my life expected nor wanted to be this involved. It will morph to greater things, that's why I closed my eyes and put the money down. Quite a deal too.

Took my little 450 out this aft in 20knot winds, no heavy gusts, though a significant gust did push it straight up beyond my liking but no fear kept it in control and back down to where I like to keep it about 5 to 8ft off backyard terra firma, no worries. Calm, cool, collected. The wind really grabbed it though. Forget the wind, deal with it, go out and LEARN to fight it for what it is, temporarily inconvenient.

Do you envision becoming a real heli pilot? I know for the first time that reality is much closer. They say rc heli flyers learn to fly the real thing much quicker because they are very familiar with the controls and sense of balance, it must be true.

such as? prep me on this, explain please.
