Has anyone else had problems contacting/dealing with these guys. I sent them an email enquiring about the price and availability of their mechanics and rotor heads.

No reply so I rang them. Spoke to an English speaking lady who said she would reply to my email. Well she did two days later.

At the time of reading their reply I asked if they could send me a few pictures of their VERY expensive head and mechanics.

I waited four days,No reply so I sent a sarcastic email asking if they had a problem with my request . A week later No Reply.

Am I missing something, why do people not reply to an email . I wrongly thought that any enquiry was an opportunity to make a sale.

These companies spent a lot of money going to shows but can't be bothered to deal with a simple request that cost only a little of their time. DO THEY DESERVE THE BUSINESS!!!

All I can say is they must be so busy that I am unimportant.

Anyone out there used or seen any of their products and can give me some feedback.

the clocks here in germany are a bit different to your country.
This week most companies only have "emergency" stuff there as christmas holidays are from this monday to the second week of january.
It is not heli season as we have very low temps.

in general the attitude towards service is a different one here.
Sometimes you feel like you disturb them with your money or orders.

but they produce the best stuff so they are allowed to be that arrogant.

But they could sell more not doing so.

That may have been true in the past, but it's a brave new world now. It's disappointing to see how much German stuff is no longer made in Germany.

From my personal enquiries with them, they only supply fully built machines and not individual components.
I have had replies from them in the past but I did make my initial contact with them at the shows in German.

I send several emails to Mr. Alterbaum. and indeed the replies were slow, I had to send again several emails. But at the end I got my replies.
It would be possible to buy the mechanics for the Jaka ProX, the head and the fenestron, for instance. I got quote for all of them.
