My first go with learning how to install mech. In a
Longranger. What a day and it has only begun!!!
Thanks to Jim taking me on with my first project
I would have been lost. Not that I don't fly, I do
But going into scale is not an easy task!
Now I think I can appreciate flying instead of banging
Sticks around, now we're not finished yet but what
A great day and a BIG THANK YOU Jim
Johnny

There is no substitute for experienced help and with a guy like Jim, its even better and if Cheri is there too, well that's the icing on the cake

drive a rotary, fly a rotorcraft

One Of The Good Guys!!!

As stated, you will not go wrong with Jim in your corner...plenty of experience and practice too...
You are in good hands... and as Emile so politely mentioned, Cheri in there doesn't hurt a thing... and I like cake!!!!

Good Luck and we will be watching for some pics of your build!!!

I don't always fly helis, but when I do I prefer to fly scale.

OK, so now that all the Holiday "Festivities" have slowed down.. I have had a chance to download those promised pics of Johnnies (Spool-it-up)Build;
Fuse wood work it almost finished, Mechanics are fitted (Thunder tiger 50) and what is left is to finish remounting tail (on correct side) along with the fin. Also a couple of brackets to support the upper fuse to mechs... Pics of those as soon as we get them built ..(Next week)
Anyway here's what's ready so far. Oh, and btw.. that landing gear set..? Johnnie made those himself from some brake tubing!!! Nice job for first time build..!!
