Several times over the last few months I order items and pay extra for faster shipping and it takes several extra days anyway. At least UPS and FedEx deliver on time for the shipping you pay for. One item I ordered from amazon was shipped from Allentown, PA, less than 2 hours away from me. It took 4 days to get here, 4 freaking days involving a trip to NJ in the process. I'm the opposite direction of NJ.

I feel ya, know exactly what you mean. It's like calling your neighbor only a rocks throw away, and being routed through several long distance lines just to reach few doors down.

That is not the reason why the postal service is losing money. There are routes that are followed, to do it your way would cause another route and raise the cost of moving mail around.

UPS and Fedex go from door to specific door and do no where the amount of what the post office does.

I think this article, or an article like this, has been posted here before. But worth posting again I think.

They also don't deliver unsolicited mail. I would be willing to be 90% of the stuff the post office delivers is unsolicited.

I just thought it funny that the package leaves the origin, heads east out of state, back west to the state hub past the origin, and now heading north to me. I've had plenty of WTF moments with UPS and FedEx too, just fewer with FedEx.

Another fine example. A package that is to come to me in Pennsylvania, originates in Maryland, now shows up in North Carolina. USPS!

I Would not even read them - Just print them - wadd them up and flip them in back his office when I walked by in a ball because he was to LAzy to deal with his situation or get off the Responsibility of his AZZ or finish something do to lack of focus.

Took about a yEAR FOR THE oTHERS TO FIGURE IT oUT FOR hIM

My mail person hasn't shown in two days (Saturday, Monday), I'm pretty sure he hates his job. I've had several issues in the past as well.

you will see this more and more especially the advent of internet and internet advertisement/sales, that's why many places have folded or went to internet sales only, no overhead which is a big part of having a business! one man has changed the world and none other than Billy Gates from Bellevue wa.

CAUTION!!! politicians may be hazerdous to your well being
