..............would you want, all the parts you could ever want or hire a mechanic to redo the bird after it does the dirt dance.
I like wrenching on my birds but if I had a mechanic to put them back together I could just go grab another heli that is ready to fly and do just that.
What do you think?

Some people like tinkering/building as much as flying.

I'd still want to build it myself. My 4 yr old is at his helper stage right now. Now is the time for him to start learning how to turn a wrench.

I wouldn't mind a hot maid battery maintenance person though. I hate storage charging at the end of the day. In fact, they could also clean any nitro birds I fly of the slime. The cleaning stand would be about 2 ft tall.

I really enjoy the build; which inevitably makes me very sad when the crash comes.

I'll take all the parts I could ever want, I prefer to do it myself also.

HOWEVER, I wouldn't turn down the "battery maid with the 2' stool"
I'm not

I would want about 4 or 5 of the same helicopter all set the same and ready to go. That way if I crash, I have 4 others of the same to fly, while I take my time doing a complete rebuild on the crashed one. So I guess my answer is unlimited parts!

I'll take'um any way I can get them.

But unlimited parts, and a battery maid sounds like a nice dream.

If financial resources and mechanics were available in unlimited supplies the hobby would not be appealing like it is now. I sometimes think it's the gamble...flirtation with destruction and danger...that makes it thrilling. If I could crash as many as I wanted and someone would keep putting another out on the line for me as I tear'em up I think I would lose the thrill fast. A nanny maid to handle the ones I already have might be nice.....sometimes.

Thank you grim! That's exactly what I had in mind. I'll need two though, color coded blonde and red head so I know who's on battery duty and who's on nitro clean up

I enjoy the build. Half the fun in this hobby is the build.
I don't enjoy the cost. A crash on a TREX 600 nitro will burn a hole on my pocket.

Sounds good to me, but only if the carpet matches the drapes. I don't like babysitting batteries. Of course if cash wasn't an issue, my wife would quit her job, so she could be my battery maid. I don't think I could get her to wear the outfit though.

It sure would be nice to just buy whatever I want and not worry about other stuff.

The world is yours!

I like the build as much as the flying.. I'm always a little down when I actually finish a new build and I have nothing left on the bench.

Partly why I keep putting off my, so called, winter project...I don't want to be finished with it already.

Two buttery maids and the stool please.
And oh yeah, the unlimited parts.
Thanks.

I love the smell of nitro in the morning.
