Pre ordered mine, ready heli said on Facebook it does have a driven tail

At $1069 the price is not bad, with quality electronics I think the price is fair, it's in line with the goblin 500 and the gaui x4 II which are very good machines also. Love flying these size helis.

What's there reasoning behind this model?

How does it different between a logo 400 and 500?

Is there more benifit to this 480 logo vs. the 400 or 500?

It's really just an updated 400SE. It might be nice for someone that doesn't have one this size, or maybe just wants a new one.

I'm sticking with my current 400s...for now anyway, but you know how quickly we can change our minds in this hobby

400 SE is one of my favorite helis, mine flies super smooth and predictable. I haven seen some smack videos with it but the SE does not seem like a smack heli to me. The 480 looks the same size but looks like it designed for higher head speed and stress.

I have a 3D heli, I don't understand why it doesn't do 3D

My theory is that they are getting rid of old parts. Why build a 480 for cripes sake when they already have a 500 class? Somebody is getting hood linked.

WOW!

I follow the Mikado group from time to time, and don't ever here negetive feedback.
