Well guys if any of you are interested in buying my 407 it's up for sale. Things have come up where I do not have the time money or room to build. I would much rather see it go somewhere where it'll get built and flown. I'll most probably post it in the classifieds next week to give you guys a chance to think about it if any of you are interested. I may get back into flying later on when things get back to some sort of normalcy. Contact me for specifics, make me a reasonable offer and it yours.

Thank DJ

Damn DJ
hate to hear this but I know life sometimes gets in the way.
If I didn't have this 407 going I would snatch it up since it's a version 2 fuse.
Best of luck with the sale and hope to see you back in this hobby soon.

Haven't been here in a while but figured I'd come on in and tell y'all I've sold all my RC heli stuff. I've still got my 407 and it's up for sale with all the mechanics included as seen in my build pics. $600.00 obo takes it. I've also got a lighting package up for sale to. I've had to relocate myself and the kids and It's taken a heavy burden on me so I've got to sell them.
Thanks DJ

I didn't see any photos up or a listing in the FS forum. I realize now he did say "407" in the last post.

Never mind, I just looked at it on earlier posts. Looks like a pretty solid start platform. PM sent.

Well I hope you get DJ's 407 Ray, you are an awesome builder!

As for my building, I did retire on January 1st but have been going through medical treatments everyday so that has slowed me down a bit. But on my free time I am working on my builds, flying some with Emile and Jay (LT1power). I need to finish the MC 407 as it has been sold before it's even done.

I am copying a PRPD 407 and a pilot from PR has bought it. I am actually meeting him in two weeks in Alabama so he can check out the build progress. I will then complete it and deliver it in PR during a pleasure trip with my son. Roy Jr hadn't been back to PR since he was eight when we left so it will be a good trip.

I will then start building a Roban 407 that keeps begging to be built

This is a video of my 407 in its early days. I had a set of century hawk mechs in it at first and it did well til the main gear got stripped out. After the replaced gear failed as well I realized the load of longer blades, four of them was too much for the little hawk, so I yanked them out and went with the more robust century predator which is what it still has today.
Roy (Heli 143) shot the video
