If you have refunds coming on your tax returns, then they will simply deduct your fine (tax) from your refund.

If you owe taxes and do not pay the fine (tax) then more fines and late fees will be levied on to you. You WILL have to pay those. There is no getting around it.

If you are self employed, you are on your own.

We have alway's had some form of free socialized medical care.

Never has a Hospital turned away the injured or sick, even to the very most destitute. From giving birth, to accident's to elderly and children.

Just visit a public health clinic or a Out Patient's ER in a Hospital.

Fee's are based on the ability too pay:

During the weekday's at a public heath center it's itch's & scratches, teeth, and vaccination's or pills or wound care basic's to those that need them. FREE or nearly FREE

On the week end's in a E.R. Outpatient's it's the same except sick kid's, sick adult's, Drug O.D's, Drunk accidents, the very sick emergency, Auto Accidents.

A great deal is general medicine - in a ER clinic. Stsnding in Line with a snotty nose or a ear ache.

No matter the patient care, or ability to pay - care is given.

No refusal : Many of the indigent have NO insurance at all and can rack up hundreds of thousands of dollar's in debt without ever paying for the service. They do NOT CARE : Especially the immigrant. Hospitals even provide multi lingual translators

It's gotten so wild they literally look for opportunities to load them in a cab and dump them on the street or to home less shelter's.

It's Cash operating issue - Find a way to TAX or have the public relieve the bad debt's to the Medical industry and provide some profit.
