I presume most of you know what this means?
Well if you didn't, NO plankers, no beginners, no intermediates, just hardcore pilots flying hardcore 3D smacking that straight up going big, flying low or just go home.

STEP UP PILOTS lets see the HC side of helis!
RED NECK flying is welcome.

Fly hard, fly low, fly till she leaves and never comes back.

so how do you qualify yourself as a HC jockey, and how do you become one. I've seen a lot of alleged HC jockeys that can even hold a hove or fly a proper flat lazy 8.

There was no crash.. you are good at flying, but I didn't see anything hard core.. maybe hard core for heli's is different than hard core in motorsports.

3G is equally as difficult if not more difficult than aerobatics or 3D. If you make a mistake performing a 3D maneuver, generally speaking your the only one that knows it (that is if you don't crash). On the other hand if you make a mistake doing some groundwork it is easily recognized.. Mike Mas

OK I am confused... Shinny posted his flight, which was really good, and low, with good mix of moves, and people are telling him it's not hard core. then there are some videos of a Pro, who can of coarse smack the chit out of it... But no one else is posting video of themselves doing this elusive "hard Core" they speak of...

I might be off on this, but from most of the pilots I have met over the years from beginners to pro level do not like to brag about their flying. It takes most of us years to get anywhere in this hobby and most people know this. When someone starts talking about how good they are, especially when they specifically say that this is a thread for "hardcore only pilots", the better pilots probably won't respond. It is almost like saying " hey, I am way better than you" to the average pilot that can't dedicate the time to reach that level. Then, if you do post a video, it opens up everyone to give their critiques and definition of hardcore, 3d, etc which varies a lot in this hobby.

Most of the really great pilots I have met are also the most humble about their flying. None of them are bragging about this or that, they just let their flying do the talking at clubs or events.
