HAHA that's funny now, I don't care who you are

I know your pain. recently shipped a 700 with batteries. I didn't tape top so ups could verify the contents and the reason I was putting a 1000 worth of insurance on it. The ups store wouldn't let me tape it up at store said they had to. Lo and behold when it arrived 8lbs light and no battery or battery trays. That was 2 months ago and still fighting with them over it. Even though they approved the claim 3 wks ago still no check. But they did call trying to say they found the batteries but when they emailed pics it was someone elses stuff.

I shipped a logo 400 to hawaii and it sat in richmond 19 days . I asked them why. They said they were busy. and hung up on me. It took 6 weeks . I was mad.
