Could that give me lost of signal under heavy load. Lost signal and crashed once got it put back together and flew this weekend and when got out a ways and put under load lost again. Regained and landed. help

The two satellites were connected to the 921 (not the BeastX), correct?
(sorry for the stupid question, I just wanted to confirm, based on the way the post was worded).

How many power leads did you run from the battery to the receiver? You need at least two, for high current applications. There are two ports for battery connections on the JR921. A servo style plug can only handle about five amps, large machines need a minimum of 10 amps available, IMHO.

I use BEC's, but keep the length of the cable between the BEC and the JR921 as short as possible (6-8" ).

Did you test the battery under load, to see if the voltage is staying up?

The JR 921's work very well on large machines (I have four in service on 700 sized machines, at the moment).

what's the mAH rating of your a123 pack? also, which servos are you running on cyclic and tail?

if it ain't broke, break it.

The two sat. are hooked up to 921 one on left front and other on right rear. The 921 is on left rear the jr ext. ran to back with a y one to 921 other to micro beastx. The a123 is 2300

that pack might be a little too small for a 700, especially depending on the servos you're using.

I ran the 1900mah 2s lipo that came with the align BEC on my old, old (old) trex 600N. with some low-end servos it did ok (2-3 flights before recharging). but, i upgraded the servos at some point to some high-torque hitecs. and had a couple of really bad crashes (one was even on the first flight of the pack's charge) before i figured out those new servos were drawing the pack down below voltage and the RX was resetting mid flight.

almost the same as you're describing. i was high enough once for the RX to rearm and i caught it. two other times i was not.

do you remember what you were doing when your crashes happened--exactly? mine were right after loading up the head hard (putting a lot of strain on the servos). if you were doing a full collective punchout, or a fast, high-cyclic flip or roll i'd be fairly certain your batteries are not up to the task.

i'd go for a 4000mah pack. (i fly a 5000mah 2s on my 700)
you could also go the BEC route, which would also solve the problem.

good luck.

if it ain't broke, break it.

Really need a big pack, 4000mah-5000mah plus run a regulator with dual power leads running to your rx,, or one to rx and one to bx.

How many power leads between the JR 921 and the battery?

You cannot use one lead coming from the battery into a "Y" (if I am understanding correctly, that may be what you did).

You can run one power lead from from the power source to the JR921 and one to the BeastX, but not from a "Y".

If the battery has only a single plug, that will not provide sufficient current.

I agree with the sentiments of those above, that a larger battery would also be better from a current capacity/voltage drop standpoint.
