Reverse your tail servo in the radio or on the gyro depending on what you are running.

Besides whats stated above,
the tail rotor may be on the wrong side. the servo horn may be reversed or, if belt driven tail the belt may be inverted. Now these things I mention are if it has been worked on and the radio setup used to be correct.
EDIT: Another item, has the gyro been mounted upside down or incorrectly for it's settings. And of course a bad tail gyro or tail servo can cause havoc with tail control.

I think about the hereafter. I go somewhere to get something, then wonder what I'm here after ?

Tr is on the right side looking from the back
the main rotor turns CW and looking from the right side TR turns CCW
so am assuming the belts on right?
its the 1st spoolup since Ive gotten the model and from past experience believe everythings right.... have delt with this problem b4 but all the past knowledge is gone

Sounds like the belt is setup right

Check your collective.....too much pos will make you spin.
At mid throttle stick ....you'll want to be @ zero or no more than -/+ 2
Double check your gyro compensation:
If you are looking from behind
- move tail right (goes with torque of rotor)
- pitch slider should move left (towards boom)

Let us know if this helps

Do some ground testing with the motor off. If you move the rudder to the left, does the pitch of the tail blades look correct, same for right rudder. Then with the rudder control centered, when you move the model (rotational) does the tail blades move in the correct direction attempting to correct.

pitch curve is -1 +6 + 9 throttle curve 0-25-50-75-100

looking from behind and tail blades are up/down" when I give right rudder top blade at the bottom is out.another note is TR seems to be sensitive and looks like its moving too much and too fast, am using a standard T servo, non DS

online now and will be waiting for some answers, thanx

Did you check for leading edge control or trailing?

update, just spooled up and when giving left rudder stick the nose moves left, could this be wrong and if not how would that acct for the tail spin??

when I flew early today it was in HH then changed to rate and noticed if I put the rudder stick in the center it still wanted to spin, messed with rev mixing but didn't seem to help

This is leading edge control the links for the tail are on the leading edge of the blade. If it were trailing edge they would be on the opposite side.

Left input on rudder will move nose to the left. That is correct.

Are the link on the tail slider in the same position? If they are my guess is set up in the gyro is incorrect.

gyro compensating the wrong way makes it spin
just reverse the gyro.
on the gyro itself not in the radio

Not sure what you mean by sensitive, but you can lower the EXPO.

if it is a 401 then reducing the servo travel on rudder channel actually reduces piro rate ie speed of rotation
