Just left Ircha with a brand new logo XXTREME. Anyone have any advice on how I should equip this monster?

I never see that many pilots there before. 1050 pilots was the count and its only Friday.

Did you get a great deal on the kit? What did the kit include?

Motor shaft

The motor shaft out of the Scorpion 4525-520 Ultimate that comes in the bundle will work in the XERA 4530, you will have just over 2 MM sticking out the top

I have the Kosmik 160 with the Pyro 800-48L. I LOVE that set up. I have the full size V-Bar as well.

Currently I am running the JR8917 cyclic servos, but those are being swapped out for the new MKS X8 servos. There isn't anything wrong with the JR servos, but at 7.4v the X8 has 312 oz-in of torque, whereas the 8917 has 220 oz-in. I think the 700 Xxtreme could benefit from the extra torque.

Before you build the frames, look at some of the mods people are doing to fit the Kosmik. I purchased the Peak mounting plate for the Diablo, then cut the front curved portion of the frame flat to lower the mounting surface. I also added additional cooling holes for the motor, as the size of the Kosmik tends to block air going to the motor. That post is here- https://rc.runryder.com/helicopter/t740498p1/

I modded a kde shaft for the xera, worked out well...already have the airframe built.... wont be long now!!!

the xera is only 535g compared to 685g for the pyro, thats over 5 ounces lighter!

Well today was filled with highs and lows, the high was my daughter call to let me know a delivery came today!! ( Motor, ESC and V bar). Low is when your opening all these packages that you been waiting for, headed straight for the man cave only to find out they sent the wrong part! I then go online only to find out the motor they were suppose to send is now out of stock.

Not sure how the returns system works, but it's not looking good for me right now. Man!!! Who knows when it will be back in stock. Thanks for reading my fellow heli men.
