Hi guys
I am about to purchase a used ec 135. It has the extreme nitro mechanics, which I wish to convert to electric in the future. Now I know these have fenestron holding problems with the turbine but does this apply to the nitro, electric models. Also it has the 4 blade head, do I need a mixer to fly this, ie helitronix or skookum, or am I as well changing it to a two blade head.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

fenestron holding problems

The Vario EC 135 petrol, had no problems with Fenestron tail authority, stabilisation units were not freely available when it was first introduced
I have no knowledge of the Extreem mechanics and nitro motor

The model should fly with the 4 blade head without stabilisation, but if you are going to put a stabilisation unit on, why change to 2 blade, the 135 will never looks right with the 2 blade head
