I was hoping the WK-H will work similar to AceOne and I was thinking of buying one for my #2 AP heli.

In the user manual it is stated that "in GPS Atti mode, Flight Altitude No limit, but will switch into Atti. Mode automatically over 50m."

If GPS mode is "out" above 50m altitude (relative altitude) then the heli will not hold position (laterally) therefore will drift depending on wind. I sometimes fly as high as 500m and above and AceOne makes it very easy. I would need GPS stabilization beyond 50m altitude not under. If WK-H won't hold after 50m it is no use then, is it?

I will be very happy if any of you fellow modelers with WK-H tell me what really happens.

Thanks,
Ahmet

Your understanding is correct. The WK-H has that limit on Altitude with GPS lock so that it does not compete with the higher priced Ace One. If you need that capability, you have to go with the Ace One. The WK-H is targeted at the hobby market, not the professional who is taking high altitude video/photos.
