I have a question after watching Colin Bell on You Tube. He was building a Trex 600EFL with a DFC upgrade (will this be different?).

He stated that the top Main Shaft Block be facing upwards (Align writing viewed from top) and the bottom Main Shaft Block be facing downwards..seen from underneath? Otherwise the

ROTOR SHAFT COULD BE THROWN OFF IN FLIGHT.

I have a pic in my gallery and THIS IS MY FIRST BUILD so bear with me!

Am I supposed to turn the bottom Main Shaft Block upside down so the Align Sign is read from underneath?

Plain and simple Yes. As you give positive pitch the one-way bearing/hub will exert force on the sleeve to the lower bearing and into the block. When the lower bearing block is upside down the bearing will transfer the force into the lip in the bearing block. Pull up on the rotor head with it installed the way you have it and you will pull the bearings out as far as the sleeve/one-way/hub will go.
