If you spend a little time surfing the web, you'll find a lot of 3-axis FBL systems that seem similar -- the only difference seems to be the layout of the programming LED indicators, the position of the gain pots, and color of the label. I've even seen one with no label.
Since the physical layout of the printed wiring board is different, the various units are not exactly clones -- in that they would be exact copies. The design may have been reverse engineered (or stolen and just laid out differently PWB-wise, or they may just be all manufactured by the same company, and sold under one of a thousand different private label names.
All seem to come from somewhere in China. If you can pony up the money, you can probably get your own label, and all you need to do is sign up to buy 10,000 pieces a year.
Robird, Bigaole, 3CX2000 (CopterX), the VTCRC product.
The VTCRC version seems to want to capitalize on the Orange BEASTx label (although the control layout is completely different), and the Align 3GX name -- as it has 3GX stamped on it. You saw the Orange label, you saw some pots and you saw some LED markings, and just assumed it was a cloned BEASTx unit.
