If you get a hold of Charles, would you please ask him when he's going to credit my card for the missing parts in an order PLACED BACK IN AUGUST !!!!!

I've spoken with him by phone about it and in numerous emails that have been unanswered........to no avail......

He's still doing business on eBay, anyone that was cheesed from the site should bid one of his items and then use the eBay feedback system as leverage to correct the problems. He has a rating of 535 with only 2 negative comments, I'm sure he doesn't want to add to the negatives.

Problem is you have to be the winning bidder, right ?

I would not want to risk ruining my rep on Ebay for the sake of that jerk......

If there's a better way, or a way around causing problems for oneself on Ebay let me know. I'll try anything to bring the point home.....

No response of Helihut

I ordered in August and helihut billed my credit card about 500$. Till today I have not got the parts. I was not able to speak them and all emails are now bouncing back, mailbox full. To order@helihut.com I was able to send mail, also I sent a letter by fax. No answer.
I would not buy anyting from them right now.

If you live in Hawaii, and cant get your stuff, I really feel bad for us over here, we're really screwed, at least the ones that are waiting for something.

I just placed an order from Helikraft Friday, and John replied to me twice with order confirmation, and again with tracking #. Order shipped the same day I placed it, and shipping cost was about the same as it would have been at Helihut, and Helikrafts new website makes it so easy to place an order online.

My recent experience:

Ordered stuff on 10 December 2003 and paid by Paypal.
By 2 January 2004 nothing had arrived, sent an email mentioning that I will follow up with Paypal.
3 Jan: Received an email stating that goods had already been sent, delay probably due to the holiday season.
8 Jan: Start dispute process with Paypal.
12 Jan: Received parcel, post mark dated 6 Jan 2004.

Leasons learnt:
1) The Paypal dispute process works very well. You need to initiate within 30 days of payment.
2) Goods were sent after an email stating that they already had been sent. That was my last Heli-Hut order.

Updated 2 Feb 2004:
The original parcel arrives. It had been addressed to the Netherlands instead of New Zealand. Charles had sent a second parcel when the first parcel did not arrive, thus the late post mark date.

My views on Helihut have changed somewhat, this is unusually good service even though the original error was theirs.

I am looking to purchase a few more things from Helihut but I am a little uncomfortable with the things that I have been reading about your service on Runryder. I have purchased from you on 2 different occasions and have always received my merchandise. Are you still in business?

I would think Kyle/Charles would come here on RR, and clear his name, certainly he is familiar with RR, since his business is internet based, and if the people here on RR are just personal complain as he calls it, then those are complaints about his business, and should be addressed to his customers, not just sweep it under the rug!!
