Well, I just got my Phantom from DJI and must say it is Amazing! Took me about 10 minutes to put it together .. this machine even came with a 3 amp balance charger and 3s 2000mah battery! Flys fantastic! Yes I was suprised! No Programming to do at all! Even the transmitter is
pre-programmed from the factory! There are not any trims on the transmitter .. I found that funny Once I had everything ready to fly all I had to do was calibration of the unit. Pretty simple and straight forward .. flip the switch a few times, watch for the blinky light and turn around .. kind of like the "Hokey Pokey" This thing Flies as good as my larger 600 mm quads and Hexes. Here is a couple of shots of the Phantom .. Having some fun!!

Suprisingly stable pic for just an underlslung GP mount. I assume this phantom has the full attitude mode, GPS Lock and return to home correct?

I checked it out at the Century website and youtube.

It's quite a nice combo you get for your money.

Dr. Tim,

Aren't you a part of the DJI Team, just as Sidneyw?

I fly for myself these days ... It gives me more freedom to fly what I want and let folks know about it.

Looks cool....do you guys know how long a flight you could stretch out of this quad - can you run two batteries in series and could you use it for FPV system?

Looks like a good 10 minutes ... I guess you could strap on another battery on the belly ..
