I'm geared up for my first all grain this weekend ... my extract beers turn out fantastic!

Which ones have you done so far?

I would if it were legal in MS.

I've got a few 2.5 gallon mini-kegs ready to hit the chiller, and a whole 5 gallon batch of "holiday ale" (never got around to bottling over the holiday break) ready to bottle. That my friends gave me..yeah, that's it.

I haven't made any in years, haven't found one I really like. I usually give it all away. One day I will make more. Enjoy your all grain. What kind are you making?

That's awesome Gearhead. I've, for the longest time, wanted one of those Ferminator stainless conical fermentors. Just way too much for my hobby brewing.

If I was going to do all-grain...yeah. You've got the right idea!

Best beer ive had was from Mr beer

I did the blonde pale ale and added a can of blackberries.

Using grolsh bottles works better thne the plastic ones in the kit.

make sure you let them sit long enough to carbonate, and you will end up with some excellent brew.

What's "dead ringer"? I'm not a fan of the pale ale's. I like a good German beer myself. Oktoberfest is one of my favorites.

Same. Franziskaner Weissbier.

I would like to try home brewing. I just don't need any more hobbies.

That or Weihenstephaner Franzi though, is likely my favorite beer!
