Please if you have first hand experience with the DFC head and the new HV servos from Align. Looking at getting the new HV super combo. Get it or run from it and why?

Incentive upon a time there was this guy (a friend) that bought every Heli that hit the market , and now he is back to the align stuff that alot of people have had negative opinions about. He now says this new dfc Hv kit is the best ever and after me seeing it fly I would have to agree. This machine is just mean, and what's more important is that parts are always available. I would recommend one

I have a 2 year old V2 version that I converted over to a DFC head, and I just did the maiden on a new DFC version, and honestly, I can't see any difference in their flight characteristics. Both are stable, and responsive.

As far as the Align HV servos go, they seem plenty strong and fast, but I don't have many flights on them. I guess time will tell. I will say that the 700DFC has been the easiest build of all the Aligns I have done. The bellcrank setups on my 600 and V2 700 were a pain to get setup properly, but once I did, I've had no complaints.

I have been flying the 700 DFC HV since it was introduced, and those HV servos are top notch! The 700 is a matured design and the kit was a pleasure to build. Everything just fits perfectly, and work very well. I say go for it!

Ralph it's because you fly mode 1, just kidding, I've had one for a while and I have a freind that's flown it a lot and I've had no problems with it, I think it's a good kit. Bobby
