I asked the same long time ago....If I remember correctly we were told they switched to the new sensor in the silver line vbars because the older sensor was no longer being made?....

Mini will stay blue for now at least.

They have already swapped sensor, same manufacturer as before hence the blue color still (but another model as the other was discontinued)

Did the Blue and Mini Blue have the same sensor?

Silver now new and Mini Blue still the old one?

Blue fullsize had same sensor as Blue mini.
new Mini has new sensor from same company as before, just different model as previous was discontinued.

Silverline has new sensor from new company

Use a silver Sharpie. It isn't the same shade of silver, but you can upgrade your Mini Blueline to silver for less than $5

But you can see it on the vbar as it has 152xxxxx serial number for newer version.

Thank you for the answer,however I have seen electronic equipment with same model numbers and different revision of chips. And they did not work like there predecessors.

it's just a single sensor instead of 2
