A spring loaded curtain rod across the back of the bed is a great way to anchor helicopter landing gear.
thanks - really good idea

I have a Rhino spray in liner in my Tundra, keeps things from sliding around much. I carry smaller stuff and tools in the back of the cab so they don't slide around and kill the aircraft(s)

Here is how I do it with the velcro. The carpet is glued to the wood. Use 3M 90 spray adhesive. Home Depot has it and it is designed for countertops. So it sticks and never let's go.

I'll second the Bedrug and Velcro. I generally lay all mine on their sides, slid all the way to the front of the bed. They rarely move at all.

Go big, get the cargo slide, very cool for whatever you are carrying.

A second deck made for the top of the box sides if you have a capper on it, good to for the lighter junk, tables, chairs, EZ-UP.

Hope you got it with the DC hookup for tools and chargers extending to the back of the bed, very handy for smaller chargers, drills, lights.
