Not the bearing, its metal to metal..The one-way sleeve was grinding on the bearing block case..

Yes,I hate tracking down something thats simple but hard to find..What ticks me off is I seem to ALWAYS get the hard to track down issues which takes days..

My Trex 600N LE vibe issue took 2 weeks and can't remember what the fix was for that heli..

My Trex 700N vibe issue took about 3 weeks of ripping the whole heli and motor apart over 5 times (new rings, bearings ect..) just to find out I had a TINY hair line crack in the piston skirt..

Now this one which took a month .I changed torque tubes twice,front/rear TT gears along with bearings, main shaft,spindle,one-way hub with sleeve <--- Pretty much everything other than the bearings in the bearing block because they felt perfect..Ive never seen something like this happen to a bearing block so didn't think to see if it was damaged.I could be wrong but has anyone ever had a bearing block get damaged like this??

Other have used this same aftermarket bearing block (1 solid piece with upper/lower thrust bearings) so maybe I got a bad one ..

Anyways,
I put 2 flights on it today and she flys awesome again...Thanks so much everyone for all the help/advice..I still learned ALOT from this thanks to you guys ...

It's a shame the vibration information isn't logged. What was logged didn't seem to help you much. That did take a while. Who told ya to change the sensor?

Bob,
From what im told, the Spektrum Analyzer tells you which area the vibes coming from but I didn't know what it was used for until today ..If I knew what it was made to do,I would of had it fixed a month ago..
As for the sensor,I thought it was bad ..Live and learn I guess...
