Building my ENV and am at the installing the clutch into the fan hub step. Seems like clutch does not want to drop in. Is there a parts problem or is some filing, sanding and fine fitting needed to get it to drop in?

It's a tight fit but you should be able to get it on with no problem. I use the screws to suck it down on the hub.

Im gonna try freezing the clutch and heating up the hub a bit with a heat gun. Maybe the contracting and expanding will make it easier to get it in.

The clutch is almost a press fit. I always twist it slightly as I put it in. Maybe a bit of silicone may make it spin in as well. It also has to go in square and not angled.

That was the only part in the build that I had a problem with too.
Just keep at it like Ejeremy stated. It will go, it's just really snug.

I ended up filing some of the clutch and die grinding some of the hub. I think it was a mistake when it was made cause unless i could have got a press on it. the pars would have been destroyed. Suprised as so far everything else has fit well. Now my fan is hitting the fan housing. Great!!
