Buying a Heli from a member here on RR name L24D, 4weeks now and still not received it yet.

No tracking number (only have a picture of his Credit card receipt with nothing on it)

Not insure the package either

Using USPS parcel post (but his receipt show first class mail).

Won't answer his phone and PM. Ask for money back he won't do it, said his job are done after he shipped it.

What I should do or who can I contact in this situation.

Paypal claim. Since he wont answer your pms and wont refund put this in the classifeids under the feedback. Leave negative feedback. No tracking number basically means he 'could' of shipped it. parcel post takes 8-12 days.

Now you have to file with the PO for postal fraud, that's your only recourse.

Yes AerialSkyCam, that is the one. this is his original post(he thought he can deleted it from his ad and no one can see it).

Most of the guys I talked to just now that deal with him before told me that he really an A#^&*(*. They being nice not to left him any negative feedback.

Pretty much all you can do is file a claim with the USPS.

Here is what he sent me.

First Class Postage has to be lighter than 13oz. I don't think what ever you bought from him is lighter than that. I also see there is an Authorization # on the receipt. I would give USPS a call to see what they can do with the money order. And when everything not work out, I would pay him a visit.

I thought about it, he only couple hours away from where I live.

He received the helicopter!!! I do my very best at going over and above talking care of people. He want to keep the heli and is working every angle trying to get me to send the money back too. Every transaction I have had on runryder, rc univers and helifreak have been with MO or Cashiers checks. And this is the first scammer I have sold to.

I talk to couple guys that dealing with you and none of them are happy about it, they just don't want to leave a feedback or deal with you anymore cause they don't want your lawyer go to work over small amount of money. In the other hand you can pm any of the guy I deal with and ask for yourself.

I don't have the heli that why I want to get my money back. If you have any proof on shipping it and then we will work from there. I been contact all my post office in town just in case they transfer the package to wrong place by accident and still got none. I call the post office so much that the lady work there know what I'm calling for.

First of all, a receipt with a USPS first class mail does not make any sense to me. Anything over 13 oz in weight will have to be Parcel Post or Prioity mail. Secondly, shipping a Goblin airframe without a delivery confirmation? That does not make any sense to me either.
