I use 20-25% on cyclic and 20 on tail.
Depends on the FBL though.
Vbar I used about 20 on cyclic. and like 43 on tail.
Skookum I use 25 on cyclic and 26 on the tail.

I use 20-30% depending on flight modes and the models.

Expo is not something that is found by pros or relevant at all to how good anyone is going to fly, it is what feels best for "YOU". Best just to experiment and see how sensitive your fingers and mind are to what maneuvers you are doing. If you find you are introducing many movements close to center say in piro flips for examples or tight stationary, then up your % in Spektrum, increase - # in Futaba, done deal.

This will vary greatly depending on model, conditions and your own personal progression in making smaller more accurate finger movements and so on.

I fly my helis hard but I am no "pro" by any means. I use 10-20 expo on rudder and none on cyclic.

I agree with OICU812. It's all a question if you like the feel or not. You need to set expo to your liking.
